Use the Track page with your waybill. Keep a screenshot. If the site and SMS don’t match, WhatsApp us the waybill — we’ll confirm from operations.
Why isn’t the status updating?
Ocean legs and consolidation windows don’t ping every hour. No update ≠ lost box. Look for the last meaningful checkpoint.
Can I get the delivery rider’s number?
Usually no — company policy. If the address is hard to find, our side coordinates. That’s annoying, we know, but it reduces chaos.
What if delivery fails?
Wrong number, empty house, incomplete address. Fix the contact details fast and reply to the attempt notice.
