Documents you actually need when sending cargo UAE → PH
Less paperwork theater, more ‘what we ask for so the shipment doesn’t stall.’
You don’t need a briefcase. You do need accurate details. Wrong phone numbers cause more delays than missing fancy forms.
- Sender details in UAE (name, mobile, preferred contact time).
- Consignee details in the Philippines (name, mobile, full address).
- Contents description that’s honest — ‘personal effects / mixed household’ beats mystery.
- Waybill copy (photo is fine) after booking.
- ID details when required for specific cases — we’ll tell you if needed.
Tip — If someone else will receive the box, put their number as primary — not your UAE number only.
